Purchio is a smart shopping companion that helps users manage receipts, create shopping lists, and gain purchase insights.
Certain features may require an internet connection, user registration, or subscription to premium plans.

Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective policies.
Refunds and billing disputes must be handled through the platform where the purchase was made.
Purchio displays ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your preferences or anonymized analytics.
Users can remove ads by purchasing a premium plan.
You retain full ownership of all content (receipts, lists, notes, etc.) uploaded or created within Purchio.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the service.
We do not claim ownership or distribute your private content to any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Purchio at our discretion for misuse or violation of these terms.

All content, logos, and trademarks within Purchio remain the property of Voventech OU or its licensors.
You may not copy or reproduce them without written consent.
Purchio is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Voventech OU shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from app use.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee complete availability or freedom from errors.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia (European Union).
Any disputes shall be resolved under Estonian courts.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on purchioapp.com.
Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.
